In 2017 we opened what has quickly been touted as one of San Diego’s top bars and restaurants. It’s the perfect hospitality venue for us to explore innovative cocktails made from our award-winning spirits, and create regional cuisine worthy of those libations. And as a venue connected to our production facility, you can also tour our distillery, explore the spirits process, and meet our team to share some warm Southern California hospitality.

Join us for Happy Hour featuring food and drink specials at the distillery from 3:30pm–6:00pm Sunday–Thursday. Brunch offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-2:30pm.

We offer complimentary tours daily from 1:00pm to 8:00pm. Tours include a look into our distillation room to learn about the process of distilling, a history on Cutwater, plus a glimpse into the production process of our bottles, mixers, and canned cocktails. Additionally, upgrade to a tasting experience in our foeder room bar for $10. You can sign up for a tour at our retail shop — spots are limited!
Please note: when the production machinery is not running, tours will also be taken onto the production floor, but closed toed shoes will be required to enter that area of the facility.
