We prioritize the health and safety of our team and guests and will operate at a reduced capacity with a modified service model that thoughtfully implements all safety procedures as required by local, state, and federal officials. Virtual Sensory Spirits Experience
Join us on Friday 6/26 at 5:30pm for an unforgettable Virtual Sensory Experience! Hosted on our @cutwatertastingroom Instagram Live by Cutwater’s Director of Quality and Innovation, Gwen Conley. This event offers a unique perspective on pairing cocktails and spirits with unexpected small bites. This month we will be featuring our Bali Hai Tiki Dark Rum, Barrel Rested Gin (50ml sample bottles of each spirit) and the delicious Tequila Soda canned cocktail. Sensory Kits are $25 each, and include samples of the featured spirits, one canned Tequila Soda Cocktail, and fun food pairings.
Delivery of all Sensory Kits will be on 6/25 and 6/26 between 11am–4pm. If you choose to pick-up your kit, you can do so starting next Monday! Credit card payment must be made in advance. Limited availability.
In 2017 we opened what has quickly been touted as one of San Diego’s top bars and restaurants. It’s the perfect hospitality venue for us to explore innovative cocktails made from our award-winning spirits, and create regional cuisine worthy of those libations. And as a venue connected to our production facility, you can also tour our distillery, explore the spirits process, and meet our team to share some warm Southern California hospitality.
