Cutwater Spirits is currently hiring a Production Technician to join our growing team.
The Production Tech works on packaging lines to completes various tasks necessary to ship finished products from Cutwater Spirits. The Production Tech is responsible for: can-filling machinery, bottle-filling machinery, boxing machinery, pallet wrapping machinery, and other general production operations. They work as a valuable team member, and the position’s focus is on maintaining consistency and timeliness within the production function—all while maintaining high quality. This position works under the direction of the Operations Manager.

The Distiller I is responsible for daily production including mashes, fermentations, distillations, dilutions, barreling, proofing, and the production of non-alcoholic mixers including Bloody Mary mix, and ready-to-enjoy cocktails. They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall sanitization of distilling equipment and piping. The Distiller also manages daily record keeping of production activities as required by State, Federal and other certifying agencies. This position works under the loose general direction of the Operations Manager. This position is essential for products manufactured in the distillery and food grade production area.
